Pre-fabricated glass fiber reinforced concrete half-wall ‘L’ shaped slabs for Miami-based interior design firm. Fiber reinforced concrete has been known to be in existence for centuries, and has recently in the past 20 years become a prominent application for interior concrete and sculpture.

The interlocking fibers when applied to a form create a much stronger product, that is how most fine concrete producers will describe the product, the interior core of GFRC designs are entirely made up of glass fiber and no rebar, that also creates a lighter product. Designs can be made more fluid, colors and be more specific and lush with minimal surface flaws. Originally taught in GFRC training is how S.L.Wright Design Co. began its start, by attending a small concrete workshop in 2009 in Tempe, Arizona.
